Why are you trying to do it alone? Join the monthly Early in the Morning Walking Group for one hour. You walk at your pace with your individual goal set. Whether you walk 100 steps or 10,000 steps, you will make the first step because you moved.
We will meet Belks' lower level at the Mall Entrance. Please RSVP, so we can welcome you!
